The Agilent 1260 Infinity II Preparative Valve-Based Fraction Collector is ideal for daily compound isolation and purification by LC. The fraction collector has been optimized for capacity, throughput and productivity, and solvent eluting from semi-preparative and preparative LC systems can be diverted through valves into 11 different fraction collectors, or to waste. The valves can be cleaned using compressed air or nitrogen purging.Racks of test tubes are not necessary because fractions are collected in larger containers such as bottles that can be placed anywhere within reach of the outlet tubing. Automatic delay calibration ensures maximum recovery and purity.The fraction collector occupies a footprint of only 95 x 300 mm (w x d) with a height of 95 mm.
