PLgel MIXED
The PLgel MIXED family offers the simplest operation and troubleshooting for GPC analysis. MIXED columns eliminate the dislocations and warped peaks caused by stacking individual pore size columns. Every column contains rigorously tested mixture of individual pore size materials, blended to cover a specified broad range of molecular weight with a linear calibration. Simply add extra columns for even greater resolution
PLgel Individual Pore Size
Individual pore size GPC columns offer the highest resolution within a narrow molecular weight range. The linear portion of the calibration curve, where the slope is at its shallowest, defines the MW region over which optimum resolution will be achieved.
PLgel PlusPore
The PlusPore family offers a major resolution improvement over mixed medias and wider range than single pore columns. The presence of multiple pore sizes on each particle maximizes the separation efficiency while still offering a wide MW range with no dislocations. The high-efficiency small particles combined with the improved pore volume offer fast, high resolution GPC.
PLgel Olexis
PLgel Olexis is optimized for the analysis of high molecular weight polymers at elevated temperatures, particularly polyolefins and high performance polymers. The column is packed with 13 µm particles designed to strike the best balance between efficiency, lifetime, and resolution without the risk of shear degradation of samples.
PL Rapide
The PL Rapide column offers high speed and resolution on high dispersion systems by combining high efficiency PLgel medias with high flowrates. These high flowrates minimize the efficiency loss caused by the higher dead volumes found in older instruments and large flowcell detectors.
PLgel MIXED-LS
The PLgel MIXED-LS series is a PS/DVB packing using an innovative polymerization technique to virtually eliminate the nano-particle leakage from large pore gels that interferes with light scattering measurement. An immediate improvement in data quality and lower limit of detection is achieved with PLgel MIXED-LS columns in place of conventional GPC columns.
Organic GPC/SEC Start-up Kits

PL Preparative
Preparative GPC is used to isolate MW fractions of organic soluble mixtures. GPC is in sample preparation to clean up and concentrate target molecules after solvent extraction from complex food, biological, and soil samples. Polymers are often fractionated to isolate plasticizers, stabilizers, oligomers, MW fractions and perform offline characterization.
ZORBAX PSM
ZORBAX PSM columns are manufactured using rugged ZORBAX SIL porous silica microspheres (PSM) and can be used for molecular size separations on most synthetic and natural polymers. Unlike polymeric media, the silica is not swelled by organic or aqueous mobile phases and resists reactive species and strong acids present in certain analyses.
